By accessing or using the DischargED.ai platform, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

DischargED.ai is a post-discharge remote patient monitoring platform. The Services leverage commercially available wearable devices (such as Apple Watch) to collect physiologic signals from patients following hospital or emergency room discharge. Our platform applies machine learning and artificial intelligence to detect deviations from expected recovery patterns that may indicate health deterioration, and escalates those detections to designated clinical care teams, caretakers, and emergency contacts to support early intervention.
IMPORTANT: DischargED.ai IS NOT A MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC TOOL AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL DIAGNOSES, MEDICAL ADVICE, OR MEDICAL TREATMENT. The Services are designed to support awareness and facilitate communication between patients and their existing care teams. Any clinical decisions based on information provided through the Services are the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professional making those decisions.
In the event of a medical emergency, users should immediately call 911 or their local emergency services number rather than relying solely on the DischargED.ai platform.

If you are a healthcare professional using the Services in a clinical capacity, you hold all required licensure and authorizations applicable to your jurisdiction and role.

To use the monitoring features of the Services, you must:

Maintain your device in a charged, operational condition and wear it consistently to enable continuous monitoring.
DischargED.ai does not control the availability, accuracy, or completeness of data provided by third-party device manufacturers or platforms. We are not responsible for monitoring gaps resulting from device limitations, low battery, or your failure to wear or authorize the device.

Clinical care team members may share view-only episode reports with external specialists with the patient's explicit permission. Report access is provided via expiring, revocable links and is limited to view-only scope. Specialist links do not provide live dashboard access and are fully audited.

Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components.
Use the Services for commercial solicitation or advertising not authorized by DischargED.ai.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any component of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use standards.
